This room is available for one night or more. It is a large bright airy room. It is decorated with a beachy theme and has a king size bed and a large en-suite.

The room has it’s own patio with a table and chairs to catch the morning sun with a cup of coffee

This room has an LCD TV, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities.

We can’t accept children under 13 years or dogs in this room

Single occupancy £65.00 per night.

Kynance Room

This room is available for two nights or more. It is a large airy room with a king size bed. It has a large en-suite bathroom.

The room also has a sofa bed that can be used for extra guests ( 13 years or over).

There are stairs leading to a balcony to catch the evening sun with a glass of wine, and a patio, both with table and chairs

This room has an LCD TV, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
